Doing something daily that makes you uncomfortable is very powerful to help you control your mindset. To train you to do difficult things every single day.
Having a grit mindset is about staying strong when it gets hard, being confident in your ability to take action, to do the work.
You can do it as part of your morning routine, to kick off the day strong. Or night routine if that fits better.
A few things you can do daily to push yourself physically or mentally:
- working out
- journaling or writing
- having cold showers
- waking up early
- sticking to a healthy diet
Be proud of doing a daily practice that takes you out of your comfort zone, make you do something hard. Knowing you can do it. You just need to decide and show up for yourself.
When you stick to something consistently it feels great.
